Joe Lizura arrested mother story. June 3, 2012. This story about a mother who was arrested for leaving her baby on the roof of her car while she drove away is the saddest story. I can't believe any mother would spend the day and night smoking pot and drinking at the same time she is supposed to be caring for her 4 week old baby.
